Return & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items without original packaging
- Items where the seal has been opened

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
